Every year my family celebrates Cinco de Mayo, because we love Mexican food, we live in California, and any chance to party is a good one. Typically we host a potluck-esque BYOB shindig with people who are closest to our hearts (friends, family, neighbors).
This year is no exception. What is even better you may ask... It is on a Saturday this year.
